This role will report to the Head of HR. You will act as first point of contact to the brand’s corporate population in Hong Kong. This is a business partner role with HR operations elements across all function, such as: talent/performance management, employee lifecycle, talent acquisition, and others. It’s crucial for this role to stablish and maintain a strong relationship with the internal stakeholders.
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a business partner/HR Generalist. Experience from the retail industry is highly desired. Having a problem solving attitude whilst being confident and proactive will be highly beneficial. You must possess excellent communication skills to successfully support internal stakeholder whilst being able to embrace challenges and work in a fast paced environment.
We are also looking for:
• Degree qualification or above
• High degree of integrity with ability to be an effective team player
• Excellent critical thinking skills and proven maturity to lead a team
• Language fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
