An opportunity to utilise your business partnering and HR generalist skills in a supportive team environment. Our client is an established professional services firm with offices globally and regional HQ in Singapore. They are looking for a mature and confident HR professional to join the HR team providing support to a number of business units.
Reporting to the SEA Head of HR, you will join a team of 2 peers offering support to different portfolio entities. To this end, you will provide seamless, end-to-end HR advice and guidance to your respective management stakeholders ensuring the employee experience is exemplary from hiring, to on-boarding, to engagement and development to off-boarding. This will include driving initiatives set at Group level in terms of Talent Management and Development, Reward and Learning. You will also provide strategic advice to your stakeholders as they drive further growth within their businesses.
You will be a strong HR generalist with experience of working in a similar role regardless of industry. Our client is refreshingly agnostic in terms of the industry background of prospective hires; what is important is the ability to manage a diverse workload and provide robust advice to stakeholders. You will have a robust track record of progression, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and be confident in your own decision making.
