An exciting opportunity to take on a newly created regional role with one of the worlds’ largest financial services organisation is now available. Due to business growth in the region, they are searching for an independent, resourceful, and dynamic HR practitioner to join their APAC team.

Reporting to the Head of HR for APAC based in Hong Kong, the potential candidate is responsible for managing the HR function for the region and working with senior leadership team in the planning of people agenda for the region. You will oversee both strategic and operational duties including manpower planning, headcount budgeting, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and some HR administration. You should also be familiar with HR best practices across APAC in order to be able to provide advice in business planning.
You must have excellent understanding of HR operations and the willingness to take up hands-on work. This person must enjoy and excel in a fast paced environment, and possess the aptitude to engage and build relationship senior leaders across the business. Good communication skills as well as good track record of helping business achieve their goals is a must. In addition, we are looking for the following: -
• University educated with at least six years of HR experience
• Strong presentation skills with a global mindset and cultural dexterity
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi task
