A global speciality food company is looking for a HR Business Partner for APMEA –
Assist HR Director in developing, delivering and implementing global HR strategies
Actively participate in managing core HR processes such as recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management and workforce planning
Develop close working relationships with local HR to ensure provision of best in class services and solutions to the business
Work with the line management as a change agent to drive the transformation agenda
Reporting to the HR Director for APMEA you will support the Human Resources function for APMEA (core markets Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand with rep offices in Dubai, Thailand and China). You will be responsible for working closely with line management and employees to improve work relationships, build moral and increase productivity and retention.
You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. A willingness to be hands on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills.
In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –
8 to 10 years of experience in HR disciplines
Some previous experience as a business partner with regional scope is a must
Proven track record in rolling out HR initiatives across the region
