Excellent opportunity to join a well-known regional retail/FMCG company based in Singapore. They are now looking for an independent, resourceful, and mature HR practitioner to partner with one of their business units in Singapore.

Reporting directly to the Regional HR Business Partner (equivalent of HR Director), the potential candidate is responsible for managing all HR advisory matters for the business unit and working with senior leadership team in the planning of HR strategy for the unit. You will oversee both strategic and some operational duties including talent management initiatives, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, headcount budgeting, and talent acquisition strategies. You should also be familiar with Singapore’s labour law and legislation in order to be able to provide advice in business planning.
You must have excellent understanding of HR operations and willingness to be hands-on, when required. This person must be open-minded, enjoy and excel in a fast paced environment and possess the aptitude to engage and build relationship with all employees. Good communication skills as well as good track record of helping business achieve their goals is a must.
In addition, we are looking for the following: -
• At least five years of HR Business Partnering
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a global mindset and cultural dexterity
• Ability to manage sensitive issues professionally and exercise mature judgement in decision making
