Our client, a growing and exciting Singapore-based technology firm is currently looking for an independent, driven, and enthusiastic individual to join their team in Singapore.

Sitting within the group HR team, you will be responsible for the full spectrum HR business partnering and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities, including payroll management for global. You will be working on new rewards projects and initiatives, conducting job evaluation and analysis to develop salary proposals, reviewing of salary structure using data, benefits review, etc. As and when required, you may have to analyse and present reports on compensation metrics. You will also be working closely with payroll vendor to ensure accuracy and punctuality.
The suitable candidate will be someone who is resourceful, resilient, highly adaptable to constant process improvements, and also willing to learn. Strong communication skills and EQ will be crucial. You should also be someone who is meticulous and with strong sense of ownership in your work. A minimum of two years in a regional C&B role is a must. In addition to this we are also looking for:
At least four years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
Singapore payroll experience is a MUST
Ability to manage a high volume of work under tight service delivery deadline
