Our client is a rapidly scaling, mission driven FinTech platform, who have won many awards for their work. They are now looking to hire a dynamic, high-calibre HR Business Partner to partner with clients and focus on projects.
Location: London (hybrid)
Following the appointment of the Chief People Officer they looking for a dynamic, high-calibre HR Business Partner to join the team in London and to help build an excellent people function.
This role will combine strategic and operational HR and whilst there is a People Operations team in place, you will get involved in a range of HR issues, as well as partnering with the business to diagnose what will make an impact and design people interventions - you will be the driving force behind HR programmes and initiatives, maximising the engagement and retention of employees. The company embraces hybrid working and are currently in their west London office two days a week based.

Experience and experience required
Background in a technology or a high growth organisation
Excellent business partnering skills
Proven ability to seek, diagnose and design people initiatives in partnership with relevant stakeholders
Available to start in September.
