This person will work in tandem with the Director of Sales on a daily basis on a wide variety of strategies and goals.
The ideal candidate is an HR professional with a strong business acumen, who is confident and capable of delivering impactful results in the areas of engagement, employee relations, manager development, talent management and total rewards.
In Addition You Must Have:

Experience driving large scale structural and organizational design and development efforts along with related change management activities

Experience building sophisticated business cases using data to tell a compelling story, and enable decision making

Experience building strong, multi-geo partnerships with all functions within our people organization.

Able to build talent strategies that align talent needs with strategic objectives

Self-motivated and independent to be able to do hands-on work with minimum supervision!
