Our client is a top law firm looking to hire a HR Business Partner. The purpose of the HR Business Partner role is to work with and influence key stakeholders and partners to improve business performance by identifying areas for improvement and facilitating change initiatives. This HR BP role will specifically support Finance and Technology departments.
We are ideally looking for someone with at least 2 years experience as HR Business Partner who has worked in in a fast-paced and high volume environment. We are also looking for an individual who would have a previous experience of building effective relationships with senior stakeholders and preferbaly with experience of managing junior staff. In addition, the candidate should:
- Be commercially astute and a good understanding of the practical application of HR
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has strong influencing skills and able to build credibility quickly
