Job Description

Our client is a fast growing insurance company who has an immediate requirement for a junior HR business partner to work closely with the HR Manager and HR Director in supporting the business with generalist day to day HR advice, encompassing employment law knowledge with a commercial and practical perspective. To additionally provide support to the Group HR Manager on a variety of Group projects and initiatives within the growing and expanding Company.  Ideally the individual will have strong HR system implementation experience as they are currently implementing Workday  and also proven recruitment partnering experience.

  • To provide suitable and appropriate generalist HR guidance and advice to managers and employees
  • To support the HR Administrator in the timely and efficient execution of letters and other required documents
  • To support the Payroll Manager in ensuring all documents and items for payroll are accurate and prepared on a monthly basis
  • To ensure the processes and practises are kept up to date and readily available
  • To support the Group HR Manager in ensuring that best practice is implemented and kept up to date with changes within employment law and industry events
  • To provide end to end support to Business managers in recruitment activities
  • To provide support to the Executive Research Assistant in ongoing M & A activities
  • To support the Group HR Manager in other projects and initiative’s as required
