Reporting to the HRBP Director, you will service as an influential and strategic HR business partner for corporate functions, partnering with senior stakeholders as well as the HRBP Director on formulating people strategies the company. You will drive key people development processes, provide coaching to line managers and building organization excellence to meet business grow strategies. There are also other on-going projects such as organization design, talent management and change management.
We are looking for a seasoned HR generalist/business partner with a minimum of 7 years’ experience working for multinationals.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Outstanding English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills
• A proactive, down-to-earth and personable individual with a high level of integrity
• Experience working with a diverse and multinational expatriate workforce
