HR Business Partner – London
A professional services organisation is looking for an experienced and results-oriented HR Business Partner to immediately join their HR team.
As a HR Business Partner, you will be reporting into the Head of HR, you will be the operational interface between HR and designated business units and business support functions across the UK offices. Your role will be to embed best-practice approaches to human resources development and management to support front-line delivery.
You must have a strong academic background, ideally be CIPD qualified and have a proven track record as a HR Generalist, excellent stakeholders management skills, project and time management skills and ability to manage, develop and mentor individuals.
My client is particularly interested in candidates from Management Consultancy, Financial Services or Legal backgrounds.
