Our client is an European consumer goods retail group with regional sourcing presence in Asia.

Working closely with the regional leadership and the headquarters, you will act as a business partner for the Asia region by providing advisory and effective HR tools to the business. You will have a team in the region and will provide guidance in all HR operations including and not limited to recruiting and retention, talent development, compensation & benefits, employee relations and performance management. Engagement with employees and stakeholders will be a major part of the role.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 10 years’ HR generalist /BP experience gained from multinational companies. Leadership and business partnering skills are essential for this role, as well as being a strong and personable communicator. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• A creative and approachable individual
• A flexible and hands-on approach with a strategic mind-set
• Language fluency in English
