Our client, a newly start up E-commerce company with strong vision to revolutionise the retail industry. They are searching for a HR Business partner in Singapore to take on a key role in their growing business.

Work with highly experienced stakeholders
Reporting to the Head of HR based in Hong Kong, you will be the go-to HR advisor for all people matters in the Singapore office.
Other responsibilities include:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Provide HR consultation to the business and functional leaders
-
Manage and execute employee end to end life cycle
-
Manage HR governance and budgeting exercise

Fulfil staffing needs by developing recruitment and resourcing plans

Advise management on salary review and benchmarking and benefits policy

Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees regarding HR practices, policies, disciplinary and labour law
Ideally, you should have at least 6 to 8 years of HR experience preferably in Technology, retail, or logistics industry. In addition, you should have the following:

Degree qualification (preferably in Human Resource) or above
-
Excellent Communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin

A proactive and independent individual
