A financial services company who is enjoying a continued period of success despite the ongoing Covid crisis is looking for an engaging and proactive HR professional to join them as an HR Business Partner.

In this individual contributor position you will partner closely with the senior management to understand their needs and formulate and deliver HR strategies to maximise productivity in line with the organisational vision, mission and strategy. You will advise across the full gamut of HR functions including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits and learning and development. You will assist also in employee relations matters and will promote good risk management culture, governance.
To be successful in this position, you will be university educated with a degree in human resources or other business related subject possessing exceptional client relationship management skills and a proven capability handling demanding Head of Department stakeholders. You should have a sound working knowledge of Singapore HR laws and requirements while you should possess a positive, “can-do” mind set and have strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
Additionally, you will have the following –
• Ten years HR experience required, with a strong background as an HR business partner
• Previous experience in a financial services environment is a must with front office/sales coverage exposure preferred
• Singaporeans only
• Possess superb communication skills in both written and spoken English
