Job Description
Our client is a leading manufacturing company, looking for highly motivated HR Business Partner in Singapore. You will be part of the Singapore team managing the regional HR function of the assigned Business unit.

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will be working closely with the stakeholders to improve business performance as well as managing HR operation on the ground. You will be the point of contact for all HR issues in the APAC region and be able to execute HR plans tied to the Business’s strategies.
The ideal candidate should be proactive and collaborative on all aspects related to people. You should have existing regional HR experience with stable employment history and strong influencing skills. You will be university educated with excellent communication skills.
In addition, you will have the following –
• At least 5 to 7 years of HR experience
• Strong HR generalist with Business Partnering skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast and dynamic environment
• Ability to speak mandarin will be an added advantage
• Singaporeans only
