Reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager sitting in Singapore, the potential candidate is responsible for managing the HR function for the customer service business unit and working with senior leadership team in the planning of HR strategy for Singapore and Thailand. You will oversee both strategic and operational duties including engagement, employee relations, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, etc.. You should also be familiar with Thailand and Singapore’s labour law and legislation in order to be able to provide advice in business planning.
You must have excellent understanding of HR operations and willingness to be hands-on, when required. This person must enjoy and excel in a fast paced environment, and possess the aptitude to engage and build relationship senior leaders across the business. Good communication skills as well as good track record of helping business achieve their goals is a must.
In addition, we are looking for the following: -
• At least four years of HR business partnering experience in a MNC set up
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a global mindset and cultural dexterity
• Ability to manage sensitive issues professionally and exercise mature judgement in decision making
