Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Organisational Transformation, Business Strategy, Human Resources, Talent Management, Organisational Effectiveness and Change Management
• Gained a minimum of 3 – 6+ years of experience and proven capabilities in managing large scale projects and delivering quality solutions
• Prior experience in a consulting environment - an internal consultant/advisory role will be an added advantage
• Possess an understanding of business and digital strategy and its relevance to organisations / workforce solutions, deep analytical skills and detailed oriented approach
• Has an appreciation of how digital trends are impacting the workforce
Skills/Experience:
• Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour or Business/Economics
• Strong written and verbal communication, along with storytelling/presentation skills
• Creative problem solving and conceptual thinking skills, which can be applied tactically to deliverables or conceptual to strategies and frameworks
• Keen orientation to teamwork, collaboration and refined relationship management skills, working across large global organizations and both in-office and virtual teams
• Passion for client service
• Willingness to roll-up sleeves and do the work – regardless of level
• High tolerance for ambiguity and change
