Due to continue growth my client is looking for a HR Change Manager. The business prides itself on being innovative and as such they have recognised the need for a dedicated HR Change professional to join the team to ensure they deliver on the strategic projects.
A number of the projects centre around a culture shift and in creating an inclusive and diverse environment and in creating a culture of mobility.
The successful candidate will project manage the initiatives and change, to get them to a point where they live the culture they want.
On a very basic level, it is a project management position, but that is not enough. We are looking for someone who can use their knowledge and experience to elicit behaviour change, so it is more likely to be someone with an OD background. If you have experience of D&I that would be a distinct advantage, but equally, any form of culture change programme would be considered.
