An industry leading professional services firm is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their regional team in Singapore.

Reporting to the Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for the day to day operations for the regional offices which includes Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. These responsibilities include but are not limited to administering and handling all on-boarding activities; keeping abreast on all legislative matters; administering all visas, work and employment passes; coordinating and assisting in recruitment activities; and tracking of HR matters. You will be working closely with the recruitment team on the employee lifecycle process and ensuring everything is up to date.
You should have strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in order to handle the fast-paced work environment. You must have excellent communication skills, be deadline and solutions oriented, and be able to work independently. Understanding the nuances in providing a quality and consistent customer service for client groups will come naturally for you, as would having a sense of immediacy in attitude, initiative and capability being able to pre-empt situations before they arise.
You must have -
• University educated with a degree in Human Resources or other business related degree
• Minimum of three years’ HR operations experience in an MNC
• Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Singaporeans only
