A leading UK contemporary designer brand is looking to hire a HR Director to lead the HR function.
The role itself will be an all-encompassing HR remit. There is a big drive on the employee, culture, L&D, Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing and Compliance. The CEO has a clear vision and is looking for the HR leader to have a strong passion for career development and ensuring everyone has clear development goals and plans in place. There will be renewed focus on recruitment, retention and re-engaging employees.
The perception of HR is one that is robust and fair and they have a tight knit leadership team who you will work closely with. Values around collaboration, engagement and high performance are important for this leader to demonstrate in order to align with their culture.
Key attributes for the successful hire:
People focussed and enjoy being visible around the business
An understanding of the industry would be advantageous and demonstrating a genuine interest in the brand and what they are looking to achieve.
Ability to build relationships with the wider leadership team

Operational and strategic in approach
