Due to business growth, my client is looking to hire an HR Director to build out the HR function and manage the full provision of HR services. The successful person will advise on all HR matters and oversee the direction of HR strategy, processes, and practices.
Implement policies and procedures; particularly around recruitment, performance management, and employee benefits.
Historically a lot of the HR work has been outsourced. The headcount is currently circa 150 with the intention to grow by a further 35 heads this year and inevitably as the business grows there will be increasing people issues to address. Furthermore, there are international expansion plans into the US, Asia and the ME so it will become a truly global HRD position.
We are looking for an HR leader who has been part of a small company and has helped them grow. This is regarded as an entrepreneurial tech business so you will have experience both within IT/FinTech and a start-up. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate quick progression throughout their HR career. The ideal person will have had experience of M&A and be confident in supporting the management team. Other attributes include: ambitious, confident, commercial, fast-paced and adaptable.
