A leading global consulting company with an extensive footprint across Asia Pacific and who is enjoying a continued period of growth is looking for a determined and engaging senior HR professional to lead its regional Human Resources function.

Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will act as a strategic HR Advisor to the leadership team advising on the full gamut of human resources activities including rewards, talent acquisition, training & leadership development, international mobility and HR operations. You will manage a small regional HR team and will have dotted line responsibilities for each of the county HR teams. Your initial focus will be to set the Regional Human Resources Agenda to drive forward a cohesive and inclusive HR function aligned closely to the business goals. As you will be responsible for upskilling human resources to become more a strategic partner to the business you will be tasked with the development of the team and providing strong leadership to ensure HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be university educated with a degree in human resources or other business related subject. You will have worked in a matrixed organisation and have demonstrated experience working with senior management as a trusted advisor. As well as having excellent communication and change management skills you will be resilient with the ability to deliver on multiple projects. We are also looking for the following -
• Minimum 10 to 15 years’ human resources experience in a fast moving, multinational environment
Strong Asia Pacific exposure, with experience managing a regional HR function
• Commercially astute and results driven
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence at all levels with an organisation
