A global Financial Services institution is seeking an astute and dedicated HR Director to join their US-based HR team. This newly created position will be focused in Philadelphia, PA and work in close partnership with the broader HR team based in New York City.

The HR Director will utilise their HR expertise to proactively partner with business stakeholders and enhance the capability of the business. This role is a true business partnering role and will ensure the execution of best-in-class HR strategy and have oversight of recruitment, training and development, employee relations, performance management and immigration initiatives. The HR Director, sitting in Philly, will work closely with the NYC team to support non-investment client groups.
We are ideally looking for someone with a strong generalist background who has worked in established organisations (from a mature HR structure) and brings a high level of business acumen. You must have the ability to engage stakeholders and work strategically, as well as the ability to execute on operational excellence. This individual must be able to identify potential issues before they arise and find alternative long term solutions in a high performing culture.
In addition, we are also looking for:
- Min. 10-15 years’ relevant HR experience in the Financial Services sector
- Experience in corporate services, partnership model or consulting/legal firms is highly desired
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Results-focused and able to execute on the operational level
- Adept at working in a fast paced, demanding environment
