Leading the function, in this role you will work with the senior leadership team to drive HR initiatives and projects. You will develop and implement strategies on talent attraction and retention, employer branding and social media, compensation & benefits and performance management, while reviewing HR policies and processes to ensure operational efficiencies and to develop an engaged workforce.
We are looking for an engaging and energetic HR business partner with a minimum of 8 years’ work experience, ideally gained from both established conglomerates as well as from smaller entrepreneurial environment. The ideal profile will come with excellent organizational skills and a proactive, team-player approach. We are also looking for:
• Transformation and project experience
• High flexibility and a growth mindset
• At least near-native fluency in English
• A strong communicator
