With a dual reporting line to both the business and global HR you will be responsible for a small team and a full business unit in Germany. Relocation will be provided for people interested in this opportunity.

This role will work closely with both the business and global to ensure that the HR strategy is fully aligned with the demands of the business and global HQ. We consider this a full generalist HR Director position and you need to be confident and capable of handling problems across Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compensation and Mobility. Team management is essential in this role and you will also be required to do some global travel from time to time.
We are looking for an individual who has broad sector skills, with a preference for someone from either pharmaceuticals or manufacturing. Relocation for this position would be considered but you will need to demonstrate native German capability combined with fluent English language skills. Alongside this we are also looking for:
• Excellent strategic HR capability.
• Detailed local HR knowledge.
• Global MNC experience.
