Our client is a well-established global retail brand. They are searching for a highly motivated HR leader for their Singapore retail chain.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will partner with the business leaders to formulate and deliver HR strategies to the Singapore team and be the bridge between the business leaders and the ground staff. This role will be a vital for building a strong HR team, change management and building talent management pipeline.
Ideally, you should have 8 to 10yrs plus of HR experience, preferably gained from FMCG, Hospitality and Retail industry. You should be self-motivated, resilient and forward thinking and willing to stretch the extra mile to get the job done.
In addition, you should have the following:
• Degree qualification (preferably in Human Resource) or above
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter and a great team player
