Our client is a well-established global retail brand. They are searching for an experience HR leader in Singapore to lead their business in Asia.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be leading the HR team to provide a fully comprehensive HR Services in Asia. You will be working closely with the C-suite leaders in developing HR strategies for the fast expansion plan in Asia. In addition, you will develop competencies in all areas of HR including L&D, C&B, Staffing, Performance management, HR Automation and Organisational Design.
Ideally, you should have 8 to 10 years HR leadership experience in European companies, preferably gained from FMCG and Retail Industries. You should be self-motivated, resilient and has an entrepreneurial initiative. In addition, you should have the following:
• Degree qualification (preferably in Human Resource) or above
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Well versed in Labour Law and other related legislations throughout Asia
• Fluent written and spoken English, German is advantageous
