Our client is a fast growing Technology company, searching for a talented and experienced HR leader to join their team in Singapore.

Reporting directly to one of the co-founders, you will lead the team towards group’s strategy to recruit, retain, develop talent and develop high-performance culture that emphasizes excellence and collaboration. You will manage employees across their global offices across Europe and Asia by providing advice, consultation and coaching for the senior leaders.
Ideally, you should have at least 15 years of HR experience, preferably with global exposure and have experience in setting up new offices. You should be self-motivated, resilient and willing to stretch the extra mile to get the job done.
In addition, you should have the following:
• Degree qualification (preferably in Human Resource) or above
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Worked directly or report to Senior Business leader or business owner previously
