Our client is a large and growing business looking to hire an experienced HR Director to drive and manage the organisation through a heavy growth and change period. The roles are needed to support key stakeholders through management, change, employee relations and workforce planning.

We are looking for a high impacting HR Manager / Director that will be responsible for implementing HR systems, processes and staffing to help the growth and success of the business in a dynamic period of change. This includes overseeing teams, acting as an HR business partner to the Senior Management and staff, implementing change and significantly contributing to the manpower planning and organisation development of the company.
The ideal candidate has an extensive working experience in HR planning, design and strategy as well as a solid stakeholder management at executive level. A detailed understanding in employment law (within country would be a benefit), regulatory requirements, building teams and solving HR and people issues. You must be comfortable working in both a challenging yet rewarding environment and be willing to make changes for the good of the company.
In addition you must have:
- At least 5 - 10 years in HR Management
- Experience within large organisations, conglomerates, group HR Director/ Manager roles
- Strong stakeholder management and experience resolving HR issues
- Experience in Organisation change and development
- A Bachelor’s degree
