A global corporate services company is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to –
Develop and implement an HR agenda that supports the growth of the business
Act as a change agent to enhance employee engagement and retention
Identify HR risks and propose and implement solutions
Provide mentoring, support and guidance to senior management team
Reporting to the CEO for the region you and your team will be responsible for overall HR strategy and operations activities for South East Asia.
You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. A willingness to be hands on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills. In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –
A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience
Experience of working in the South East Asia region
Strong business acumen
Capable of being hands on when necessary
