Job Description
Join our Client’s progressive HR Team where you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, advising and executing the HR Engagement & Communications programme, utilising PR/media/publicity tools to ensure the brand has market-edge. You’ll be experienced and passionate about the creation and delivery of messaging and communications, with the ability to introduce exciting engagement activities which support inclusiveness, team-bonding and inter-department interaction, helping to break down silos and reinforce cultural values across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and roll out an effective Change Communications programme
- Drive organizational insights through Employee Surveys leading to increased engagement and ensuring the brand is strengthened and elevated in the market
- Develop an engagement proposition with wellness at the core, facilitating an increase in vibrancy and identity
- Utilise digital media to craft exciting communications which provide interactive, memorable and engaging experience for employees
- Partner with, and advise, the Senior Management Team to provide relevant, on-trend and transparent communications
Skills/Experience:
- University educated with a degree in journalism, public relations, corporate communications, human resources or marketing
- Excellent communication, writing and editing skills
- Ability to build relationships with people from different levels and backgrounds
- Resilient with the ability to operate in an environment of continued change and ambiguity
- Good team player
