Our client, one of the biggest players in its field in the FMCG industry, is seeking a seasoned recruiter to take on a key role in their established HR team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment. For seasoned recruiters who are looking to get involved in more then this is a good opportunity. You will be involved in expat management, Talent Management Analytics. We are looking for a passionate HR professional with a minimum of 6 year’s of relevant experience gained from sizable multinationals, and experience within the retail and FMCG services would be highly advantageous.
The successful individual will have demonstrated ability to think independently and creatively. This person also needs to be hands on and be flexible when required. Since this role reports to the Head of HR, a big part of this role will involve liaising with the senior management, so to be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable in business partnering with the senior management team.
In addition, we are also looking for:
•At least 6 year’s of relevant HR experience
•The ability to be hands-on and be flexible
•Excellent in both English and Mandarin communication skills
•A detail-oriented, team player, outgoing and self-motivated individual
