Job Description

An opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical company in a newly created role where you will support the local HR Manager with a wide range of tasks. You will be given support and encouragement to gain new skills and take on additional responsibilities as you become more experienced within the organisation. 


Supporting 2 different areas of the business; manufacturing and commercial; with a headcount of c. 250 in Singapore. Your initial responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with employee queries on payroll, HRIS, annual leave etc 
  • Ensuring all employee information is kept up to date in WorkDay including salary information 
  • Processing new starter information in WorkDay; managing leavers in WorkDay
  • Liaising with the HR Operations team to ensure contracts are issued in a timely fashion 
  • Posting advertisements and arranging interviews 
  • Organising internal training and employee information sessions in terms of booking rooms and arranging refreshments 
  • Co-ordinating internal training programmes in terms of booking attendees into such and maintaining records in WorkDay
