The HR Manager is a generalist role covering a full spectrum of HR support including and not limited to recruiting, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations and coaching, as well as HRIS. Working closely with the management team, you will develop HR methodologies to meet business needs. You will also manage budgets, forecasts, manpower planning, and act as a brand ambassador for the company and brand.
We are looking for a fun, motivated and dedicated HR generalist with a minimum of 4 years of experience gained from the hospitality, retail, R&B or lifestyle sector. You will come with strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a high degree of flexibility.
We are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Good knowledge of the HK labour ordinance
• A fast-paced individual, with a hands-on approach and a warm personality
• Language proficiency in English and Chinese
