A fast-growing and innovative tech start-up is seeking a driven and reliable HR Generalist to join their team in New York City and work toward a common goal of affordable and accessible health technology.

You will play a critical role supporting all HR matters around employee engagement, relations and performance for various business units. As HR Generalist, you will manage onboarding, payroll processing functions and ensure local, state and federal compliance on all HR initiatives. You will also manage multiple internal and external vendor relationships and ensure employees are supported in their training and development.
We are looking for high potential individual who has a proactive attitude, is looking to develop their HR career and are able to work within a collaborative and passionate team. You must have high attention to detail and be comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. You will also have the ability to work autonomously if needed.
In addition you must have:
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • At least 3-5 years’ of HR Generalist/ HR Operations experience
- • Background in HRIS, Payroll, Compliance and Employee relations is required
- • High emotional intelligence
