Our client is a listed Commodities firm looking for highly motivated HR Generalist in Singapore. This will be a maternity cover for at least 6 months period.
Reporting to the Director of Rewards, you will be responsible for providing a full HR generalist and operational support to employees in Singapore. The tasks include: Handling key tasks throughout the Employee Life-Cycle, manage relocation cases, HR administration, Employee payroll and benefits, Recruitment and Managing trainings events.
The ideal candidate should be proactive and collaborative on all aspects related to people and HR practices. You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. In addition to excellent problem solving skills, you will have the following –
• At least 5 years of HR experience
• Worked in a fast pace and multinational environment
• Ability to manage strict deadlines given
