My client is the leader in the internet industry. Due to the growth of the business in HK, they are now looking for an experienced HR leader to help build a strong HR function.

Reporting to a regional Head of HR, you will be the HR lead for Hong Kong. You will be responsible for supporting a fast growing revenue generating business group, and providing a broad spectrum of HR services related to: recruitment, development, employee relations and engagement, performance management, and compensation. You will also play a critical role in building a strong HR presence in the business.
In addition to your daily tasks, you will have the opportunities to work closely with your regional colleagues on regional projects and HR initiatives. We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 8 years of generalist experience from MNCs.
To be successful in this role, you must have solid HR experience with strong team management experience and the ability to work closely with the business.

• Proactive, resilience and adaptability to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, managerial skills, fast-paced, logical, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
