This is a very rare opportunity to be joining an HR Leadership programme, unique practice in the market. You will be rotated to a different role or different business unit to fully develop your skill sets every 3 years. The challenge for this person is to be able to have a strong can-do and flexible mindset. Also you will need to be a strong HR BP with solid change management experience.
In addition to this they are also looking for:
• Self-starter and independent but need to be a team player when required
• Proactive, resilience and adaptability to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, managerial skills, fast-paced, logical, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
