A financial services company with a small but high profile in Singapore is looking for an HR generalist to run its country Human Resources function. This is a unique opportunity for a HR practitioner with financial services experience to gain excellent exposure in a high touch, professionally challenging environment.

Due to the size of the headcount, you will need to act as a HR Business Partner providing high touch human resources support to the senior leadership team while also having overall responsibility for HR operations. In what is quite a diverse role, you will be the regional lead for Learning and Development as well as having the opportunity to participate in various global projects. You will support leaders in defining and building a high performance culture, providing best in class HR advice.
The ideal candidate will have solid HR business partnering, HR operations and learning & development experience gained within a fast moving, international financial services environment.
You will be University educated with a degree in Human Resources or other business related degree and possess the following -
Solid understanding of global HR best practice and Singapore financial regulations and employment laws
Outstanding communication skills with the confidence and gravitas to face off to senior stakeholders
Project management experience with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
