Our client, one of the world’s largest ship management organization is looking for an engaging and self-motivated HR professional to join as HR Manager.

Reporting to the HR Director based in Hong Kong, you will be working closely with Singapore management team. You will be responsible for implementation of the Group HR strategies and streamlining the HR Operations including performance management, compensation practices, training needs, new hire and on-boarding process. You will be partnering with line managers to provide HR support, other duties include managing and coordinating day to day human resources activities and all employee relations matters.
You will be university educated with Human Resources or business related degree. A willingness to be hands-on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships. You will be confident and have excellent problem solving skills.
In addition, you will have the following -
- At least six years of HR business partnering experience;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
- Outstanding influencing, communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast pace and culturally diverse environment.
