Our client, one of the world’s leading banks, is seeking a mid-level HR business partner with excellent stakeholder management skills to support one of their key front-office business units.

As part of the HR business partner team, you will be the first point of contact on any people-related matters for your assigned client group. You will manage key regular HR duties such as the annual performance and reward cycle, talent identification and management, succession planning, and analytics, as well as handling day-to-day queries and employee relations. You will also collaborate closely with local and regional centres of expertise to provide relevant HR specialist products to your client group.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic HR business partner who combines a client-service attitude and relationship-building abilities with a strong understanding of best practices in HR, and the ability to push back to the business where needed. Aside from their interpersonal skills, they will be comfortable working with data and taking an analytics-driven approach to solving problems.
Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
• At least five years of prior HR generalist/business partnering experience
• Financial services industry exposure
• Fluent written and spoken English, and spoken Cantonese or Mandarin
• Degree qualification in a relevant discipline
