HR Manager (4-6 month contract) – New York City
A global professional services firm is looking to hire a reliable, HR Manager to drive HR Operations during a time of organizational change and restructuring. You will be based in their New York City office and looked upon to provide leadership and overall coordination of day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for assessing, streamlining and governing HR Operation processes, working with both the local and broader HR team to standardize HR processes and policies. You will govern the current policies, processes and infrastructure in order to allow the HR operations/service delivery to run compliantly and effectively.
The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach and a strong background in HR Operations. You must be a confident, strategic thinker who can present creative ideas that are grounded in data to senior stakeholders. This person needs to have a “backbone” and able to push back when necessary as client groups will challenge you.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 7-10 years’ HR Generalist experience
- Preferred experience in a global finance organization
- Ability to work through ambiguity
