We are looking for someone with a strong interest in working with people, doing right by them, and making sure employees feel supported with a “roll up your sleeves and get it done” workstyle.
In addition, we are also looking for:
•3+ years of direct experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner Employee Relations role at a technology company
•A deep knowledge of People (HR) policies and practices(employment and labor laws)
•Experience and knowledge of HR platforms-Justwork, BambooHR, & Greenhouse
•Ability to partner comfortably with all levels of employees, from entry-level to the executive team
•Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company
