A well-known Asian retail company is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team in Singapore.

Sitting within the HR team, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of compensation & benefits activities, including hands-on payroll processing, and also recruitment. You will be working on rewards projects with your regional colleagues, reviewing of salary using internal and external data, and also conducting job evaluation to develop salary proposals. As and when required, you are required to analyse and present reports on HR metrics. Therefore, you must be good with numbers and enjoy working with them.
The suitable candidate will be someone who is resilient, highly adaptable to constant process improvements, and also willing to learn. A minimum of five years working experience is required, with a minimum of three years in manual payroll processing and managing compensation & benefits analysis or operations. Previous experience working in a regional role or within an MNC is an advantage. In addition you must have:
- Hands-on payroll (Prosoft v.8) and C&B experience
- Resourcefulness and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of compensation & benefits legislation (ideal)
- Ability to manage a high volume of work under tight service delivery deadlines
- Strong in MS Excel skills
