As the HR Manager, you will be responsible to develop a proper HR structure and align all HR activities. These include formulating and streamlining policies and procedures; keeping abreast and advising on all legislative matter and provide tactical infrastructure policies to ensure the company’s goals and objectives are met through the maximisation of the HR by effective management, development and career planning. You will be involved in delivering the full range of HR-related services to internal and external clients to help support growth within the business and will ensure that HR policies and strategies are implemented accordingly.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working within an ever-changing environment that a start-up presents, and also appreciates the value in being exposed to every aspect of the business. Understanding the nuances in providing a quality and consistent customer service for client groups will come naturally for you, as would having a sense of immediacy in attitude, initiative and capability being able to pre-empt situations before they arise.
You must have -
- Minimum of six to eight years’ HR experience
- In-depth knowledge of local legislation and employment laws
- Ability to manage complex situations and identify solutions that support the business
- Prior experience in start-up environment would be preferred
