Job Description

Our client is a multi-strategy asset management business with offices in US, Singapore and London.  There is now a requirment for an HR Manager to be based in the London office.

  • HR Generalist role
  • Permanent position

The role would have responsibility for HR across the organisation and will report to the CFO. The role would suit a pro-active high performer in an HR generalist role who is looking to take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identification and management of training and development requirements of the business.

  • Support for talent and succession planning initiatives within the business.

  • Support on the Health and Wellbeing of the business

  • Challenge and influence current ways of working to drive positive change

  • Ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are robust, fit for purpose and comply with current legislation under the relevant local employment law and regulatory requirements. 

  • Management of remuneration policy compliance for industry specific legislation such as AIFMD, MIFID II and UCITS V.

  • Preparation and delivery of the annual performance review cycle, and any further compensation matters. Lead on all remuneration and benefits policies, including data validation and benchmarking across the industry. Implementation of SMCR within the business.

  • Management of all employment related matters including joiners and leavers process, performance issues, disciplinaries and other similar matters

                 
To apply you must be: 

  • Pro-active team player who is looking for continuous improvement in the role

  • Previous experience in an HR generalist role within the Financial Services industry

  • Experience in dealing with a broad range of employment matters

  • CIPD qualified preferred

  • Ability and confidence to deal with employees at all levels. 

  • Able to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks

  • Utilise their experienced commercial knowledge in defining the company’s policies and best practices
