An exciting opportunity to join a reputable organisation in a newly created role to support further business growth in Singapore. Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, you will provide business partnering services to 2 business units while overseeing a small HR Operations team.
From a business partnering perspective, you will support senior leaders with their HR strategy ensuring their people plans align with company objectives. You will offer support in hiring decisions, financial planning and budgeting and support their respective leadership development journeys. You will also support the general population with talent management and learning and development through identifying individual needs and aspirations and help people managers create bespoke plans for their teams using external providers. Operationally, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of any new contracts, contract amendments, pay aligned changes and all reporting aligned to the people function.
