Our client currently has a small team consisting of scientists, engineers, designers and marketers. Over the next few years, they are seeking to add capable people to help scale their technology and brand globally.
This person will report directly to the Director of Operations. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust talent strategy & roadmap, as well as executing on all HR and company culture related initiatives. Ideal candidates will have experience in talent planning, talent acquisition, employee succession, employee onboarding, employee engagement, learning & development and driving & supporting company culture.
In Addition You Must Have:
5+ years of experience in HR management or similar
Experience working in a startup environment or similar
Bachelors or masters degree in human resources management or a related field
Ability to work proactively and independently within an energized team environment
Team player excited to join a fast growing, innovative company!
