Our client is a global market leader in enterprise and mobile communications, looking to hire an expirienced HR Manager to support their DACH business for Germany, Switzerland and Austria, taking control of a variety of HR Generalist responsibilities.

In this challenging role, you will work as part of a field HR team based across the EMEA region and will function as a HR generalist covering a variety of HR activities. The role is hands-on and will provide full cycle HR support across the Southern European region. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing best in class support to our managers and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 year’s operating as a HR Generalist covering the full HR cycle. You will have previous experience in managing the information and consultation processes with Works Councils and Unions. You will be a true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees and managers to ensure a high level of employee engagement. Ideal candidate will have experience within complex and matrixed work environments and the ability to adapt rapidly to change. In addition we are also looking for:
- Fluent in German and English.
- Flexibility to travel within the DACH region.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent post-secondary degree in Human Resources
- Coaching skills
- Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, engagement and succession planning programs
